COMP-2000 has created an application for rent-a-car management business successfully used by Europcar (ASA-Rent) offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 5 years.
This is a web application made in .NET Microsoft technology. The application can be used in two ways:
- The first is through the access intenet where the user rents the server;
- The other is in the case of your own server / computer in which case the user does not need a connection.
The app offers the following features:
- Entries and records of basic data of all clients, drivers, vehicles, contracts, services, employees and organizational units:
- The application offers the status of the vehicle: whether it is free or not, registration number, last service, and expiration of registration.
- The application provides reservation processing with dates when the vehicle was taken and when and where the vehicle was taken:
- The application offers an overview of all contracts with the ability to quickly scan by various parameters.
- Application allows to record vehicle issuance with date, location, mileage, calculation of reservoir status and expected return date.
- The application allows the selection and change of vehicle that the customer takes:
- The application allows records of refunds and a review of mileage and reservoir running at the customer’s return.
- The application allows you to choose your payment method:
- Options for entering internal information:
- The application allows you to create and print invoices:
- And finally, the aplication offers various reports about the end of the registration, the need for service, the overview of reservations, buyers, contracts, the list of vehicles at certain price levels, the vehicle occupancy statement, the report on unfactured contracts:
